Community Impact Film Series: Mental Health
Join us at our next Community Impact Film Series event focused on Mental Health. This will be the second time we dive into this important topic, and host engaging and meaningful discussions with you and local experts.
This free event will include:
11:00 – 12:00
Live jazz music by Queen City Jazz Group and light refreshments to set the tone.
12:00 – 1:45
Screening of four short films focusing on various mental health subjects like depression, suicide, and veterans with PTSD.
1:45 – 2:15
Panel discussion with filmmakers and local organizations dedicated to mental health in our region including National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) Charlotte, HopeWay, and more!
2:00 – 3:00
A resource market to connect attendees with local nonprofits and organizations, as well as more music to conclude the event.
