Charlotte Film Festival 2025

The Charlotte Film Festival returns for its 17th year from September 23–28, 2025, at The Independent Picture House. This annual event showcases a diverse array of independent films from around the world. Festival-goers can expect to experience a rich tapestry of narratives, documentaries, animated shorts, and student films, many accompanied by post-screening Q&A sessions with the filmmakers themselves.
