David “Dae-Lee” Arrington is a GRAMMY-nominated producer, Telly Award-winning creative, Certified Leadership Coach, and Power 100 and 40 Under 40 Business Journal honoree whose work centers on the power of relationships and human connection. Raised in a low-income Black neighborhood in Norfolk, Virginia, and later relocating to south Charlotte, North Carolina, to attend the Art Institute in 2001, he experienced a profound cultural, racial, and socioeconomic shift that shaped his perspective as a bridge builder across difference.
Navigating between two distinct worlds—“the corner” and the cul-de-sac—he developed a deep awareness of both resilience and disconnection in American life. Music became the bridge that helped him interpret these transitions and ultimately carried him across stages nationwide, where he witnessed its unique ability to unite people across backgrounds and cultures. Over the past two decades, Dae-Lee has built a career at the intersection of art, leadership, and community, culminating in the founding of Bridge Builder Leadership™, where he equips leaders and organizations to deepen trust, strengthen connection, and cultivate cultures where difference is valued and people thrive.
Based in Charlotte, Patrick Lebby is a cinematographer and founder of Big Jack Media, an agency specializing in branded corporate content, commercial production, and documentary filmmaking.
His professional background includes roles with Movement Mortgage, NASCAR, and the New Orleans Saints, where he applied cinematic storytelling to craft compelling visual narratives. Patrick also served as cinematographer for Bleached, directed by Kerri Garrett and Ralph Parker, which won the 2025 NAACP Cinematic Shorts Competition.
Driven by a commitment to people and purpose, Patrick specializes in producing impactful content designed to bridge audiences, brands, and authentic storytelling.
