Q: Why should I become a member?
A: There are lots of advantages to becoming a member! You will have access to benefits, such as discounted tickets and concessions, and with some tiers, access to early screenings and special events. Your membership is also the #1 way that you can support our theatre and our goal of growing and maintaining our independent film scene in Charlotte.
Q: How do I use my membership?
A: Once you purchase a membership, you will be emailed a MEMBERSHIP ID, a short code that is unique to you and your email address. When buying tickets online, you will use your MEMBERSHIP ID to access your discounts. If you choose to buy tickets in person at the box office, you can give us your ID or we can look up your email associated to the account. It’s that easy.
Q: What happens if I lose my ID, or don’t have it at the box office?
A: No worries! We can look you up right at the box office with your email address. We can also email you your ID if you lose yours! We want our members to have the best experience and we’re committed to providing for our incredible community.
Q: Me and my spouse would like to be members, what’s the best way of doing that?
A: Sign up for a dual membership! This allows for double the benefits, under one account, with no hassle and no headache. We also offer a slight discount for couples / family / theatre buddies who sign up for dual memberships. There’s benefits to bringing your friends along!
